Refund Policy

We are happy for you to return faulty or damaged items in the original packaging and we will issue you with a replacement item. We will only issue a refund if we no longer have this item in stock.

 Items must be returned within 7 days of you receiving the item. (We do check items for faults before sending but unfortunately, some items may get damaged in the post.)

We cannot accept returns on items that do not fit unless we have given permission prior to you buying.

I’m afraid we are unable to issue a refund if you change your mind about purchasing a particular item. Due to the nature of our products we can only replace faulty items so please consider this before buying.

Sizing Products

If you have any issues with the sizing of products please contact us and we will do what we can to help. Some items are dispatched from other destinations so we may have limited information on some products. We cannot accept returns on items that do not fit unless we have given permission prior to you buying.
